The Expedition's Journey

A three-day program designed around discovery, flavors, and the pleasure of exploring extraordinary landscapes.

1

Day 1

Among trails, heritage, and authentic flavors

The adventure begins on off-road trails, crossing unique landscapes and lesser-travelled roads towards the heart of the Alentejo. Along the way, we discover local cuisine and the world of artisan chocolate through a bean-to-bar experience before exploring historic monuments and ancient sites surrounded by unforgettable landscapes.

In the late afternoon, we arrive in Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage city, where time slows among traditional streets and centuries-old heritage. The day ends with a tasting of wines, olive oils and regional flavours, followed by a dinner celebrating the day’s experiences.
