The exploration of this enchanted island begins—a journey defined throughout by shades of lush green and vibrant blue. The route returns via the *Cumeeiras Altas* (high ridges) for an initial, contemplative view of the Sete Cidades Lagoon and its surroundings. There is time for a dip in the natural thermal pools at Ponta da Ferraria. Meals are enjoyed at locations carefully selected for their authentic Atlantic island delicacies.

The day begins with a scenic journey toward the heights of Monte Escuro. After a lunch break featuring seafood specialties, the route passes by Lagoa de S. Brás—a body of water of unique beauty, framed by dense woodland. Next is a visit to the famous Gorreana tea plantation, the oldest in all of Europe. Rest follows a delicious dinner.

Today, the expedition sets out to explore the island's eastern region, enjoying a morning rich in natural beauty. After a lunch celebrating traditional local recipes, the afternoon unfolds with a journey through Tronqueira Natural Park. A farewell dinner follows, set against the special backdrop of the charming Terra Nostra Park.

After a week filled with unique, vivid landscapes, powerful emotions, and indelible experiences, the expedition culminates with the return of all participants.
